It is helpful to provide a separate letter giving information in support of your application, eg: disability, family circumstances, outstanding achievements etc.
Grants are made for one year only but fresh applications can be made for each year of a course / activity to sustain a student's needs.
Parents / Guardians are required to complete the application for any student / pupil who is under 18 years old.

Under 18s Grant
If your child is Under 18 years old and wants to take part in any additional music / dance / extra-curricular activities / lessons that your school provides at an additional cost, or if we could help with the costs of your child's uniform, then please download, fill out this form and return it to us for consideration.
If your child's school is providing a residential trip away the costs can be quite high. In order to seek help in providing funds to pay for such a residential trip, then please download, fill out this form and return it to us for consideration.
If you are over 18 years old, are currently studying at university and would like to find out if you can get some financial assistance with living costs or specific books or equipment etc for your course of study, then please download, fill out this form and return it to us for consideration.
Please do not forget to include all supporting documents that have been requested such as applicant passport type photo, reference letter, financial proofs and any other supporting evidence you may wish to submit.
Please note if you are posting your application, that the postage may require more than the cost of of an ordinary 1st class stamp. Please check at the post office and please do NOT use recorded delivery.
