Please supply a letter from your present Headteacher / Course Tutor / Trade Instructor, Vocational Trainer, Trade teacher, Mentor, Journeyman person or Professional in support of this application for a grant, confirming your suitability for the proposed course of study or activity (see Supporting Documents below for more information).

Supporting Documents

1. The application must also include a recent passport type photo. The filename of the passport type photo should be the Applicants Full Name for our reference.
2. This application MUST be accompanied by a letter or email from your present Headteacher / Course Tutor in support of this application for a grant, containing the Applicant Name and confirming your suitability for the proposed course of study or activity.
3. Please supply proofs of income with your application (photocopies are acceptable)
