I understand that the trustees reserve the right to require evidence of income by way of a letter from my employer(s) and/or a copy of P60 (if employed) or letter from my accountant and/or copy from inland revenue assessment (if self-employed). I also understand that the trustees reserve the right to make confidential enquiries of my school, college or trade instructor.

Supporting Documents

1. This application MUST be accompanied by a reference letter from your school giving details of the school trip and containing the Pupil's Full Name.
2. The application must also include a recent passport type photo. The filename of the passport type photo should be the Pupil's Full Name for our reference.
